Özet

Endoskopik biliyer stentleme işlemi tıkanma ikterlerinin tedavisinde en çok tercih edilen yöntemdir. Biliyer stentli hastalarda %5-10 oranında stent migrasyonu meydana gelir. Migre stentlere bağlı intestinal perforasyon oldukça nadir görülen ancak hayatı tehdit eden bir komplikasyondur. Bu yazıda, migre biliyer stente bağlı duodenum perforasyonu gelişen bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Endoscopic biliary stenting is the preferred method of decompression in obstructive jaundice. Stent migration occurs in approximately 5%-10% of patients undergoing biliary stenting. Intestinal perforation caused by migrated stents is a very rare but life-threatening complication. In this article, we present a case of a migrated biliary stent that resulted in duodenal perforation
