Özet
Whipple hastaligi, agirlikli olarak gastrointesinal sistemi etkilemekle birlikte birçok sistemi tutabilen, nadir görülen enfeksiyöz bir hastaliktir. Whipple hastaliginin immünsupresyon ile iliskili oldugu düsünülse de, bu konuda net bir bilgi yoktur. Ayni zamanda hematolojik malignitelerde Whipple hastaliginin görüldügüne dair herhangi bir vaka rapor edilmemistir. Whipple hastaligi ve multiple myelomun birlikte görüldügü nadir bir vakadan bahsedecegiz
Abstract
Whipple’s disease is a rare infectious disease that predominantly affects the gastrointestinal tract, but can involve many systems. Although Whipple’s disease is thought to be associated with immunosuppression, there is no clear information on this subject. Also, no cases of Whipple’s disease have been reported in hematological malignancies. We will talk about a rare case where Whipple’s disease and multiple myeloma are seen together
